Jennifer Amani Bio

Legal Experience

Ms. Amani spent 7 years in Pennsylvania as an Estate Planning & Estate Administration lawyer. She worked hard to preserve parents' assets, transfer those assets to their heirs and beneficiaries--but most importantly--she made sure to preserve family relationships during the entire process, which is no small feat.

2 things changed the course of her practice & her life in 2024. She vacationed with her husband in the Finger Lakes, and she successfully attained Employment Benefits for a client in a delicate situation demanding immediacy, without any education or experience in Employment Law.

She won a life-changing settlement for this client from a Global Corporation, researching & interviewing round the clock, in 8 days' time.

She and her husband then picked up and moved to the Finger Lakes, where she is exploring a career including:

  • protecting employees whose rights have been violated, as well as

  • preserving the invaluable farmland spanning the Finger Lakes, in every possible way.

Education, education, education!

A Few Things That Make Ms. Amani Different

  • She explains legal concepts in plain English until you confirm you understand them;

  • She is also an artist who thinks outside the box toward creative solutions to any problem;

  • She takes courses in Estate Law/Employment Law/Cybersecurity/Agriculture on a constant basis;

  • She asks for your input toward the objectives you want to accomplish;

  • She puts decision-making in your hands, taking any limits imposed by law into account; and

  • She lives with strained family relationships in her own life and understands first-hand the feeling of ‘Them vs. Us.’ She does everything in her power to maintain or improve your family relationships in dealing with Estate Planning and Administration.

When talking to Ms. Amani, you notice that she works with care and enthusiasm as she helps direct you toward thinking about your issues within the context of State and federal law. With genuine concern, humility, and a gentle sense of humor, Ms. Amani softens the blow of the any tax burden, and puts complex legal concepts in terms you can understand.

She volunteered in programs to create pro bono Wills and Powers of Attorney for those who can't afford them via the Senior Law Center as well as the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Additionally, she volunteers to petition for name changes with the Montgomery Bar Association.
